A single grape Grappa with an intense aroma and considerable sensory impact, with a very harmonious taste sensation.
It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Gewürztraminer pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 1,000-liter oak barrels for at least 36 months. During this period, the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

The Pineau des Charentes is the result of blending Cognac eau-de-vie with fresh grape juice. This process is an ancestral tradition of the region, and this expertise allows for the creation of a unique and high-quality product that promises a taste of the Charentais sunshine. Cu Bocan's fifth Creation has been finished in an incredibly rare cask type, Andean Oak. The mix of Andean Oak’s unique properties and Cu Bocan's subtle smoke has resulted in notes of lightly charred oak with deep hints of exotic floral herbs and campfire banana splits.

The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. This subtle marriage between the strength of peat and the sweetness of sherry offers a unique tasting experience, rich in contrasts and complexity. With its 46% alcohol content, this whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving the full intensity of its aromas and flavors. This single malt is produced in small batches, making each bottle a prized rarity for discerning enthusiasts.

Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
