With a total maturation of 30 years, this is a blend with complex layers featuring notes of passion fruit, grilled pineapple, bacon, oak spices, and heather honey. The Antiquary brand specializes in whisky blends and traces its origins back to 1857. Its name comes from the Gothic novel by Sir Walter Scott.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. The original Santa Ana liquid has been enhanced to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more pronounced notes of juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, all while preserving the Ylang-Ylang character. The result is a bold and voluptuous floral bouquet with every sip.
