NOSE: The aromatic bouquet is rich and captivating, marked by intense notes of ripe fruits, such as pear and prune, combined with floral accents of hyacinth and daffodil. Hints of candied citrus zest add a slight liveliness, while nuances of malt, tobacco, spices like saffron and star anise, as well as aromas of leather and beeswax, complete this complex olfactory profile.
PALATE: On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and silky, revealing flavors of ripe fruits, notably plum and pear, enhanced by subtle notes of cocoa. Nuances of almond and cashew add roundness, while hints of fresh mint and incense bring a refreshing and spicy dimension. The texture is elegant, with a perfect balance between smoothness and complexity.
