Delixir in its gray label is an artisanal pisco made exclusively from the distillation of young wine from the non-aromatic “quebranta grape,” completely fermented must, and using methods that maintain the traditional principle of product quality. It takes approximately 1 year of resting in inox tanks and 8 kilos of quebranta grapes to produce 1 liter of the finest Delixir.
