Crafted with agaves harvested from Camarena's family plantations in Los Altos de Jalisco, this tequila is a tribute to traditional craftsmanship. The selection of the ripest and sweetest agaves, combined with meticulous distillation in copper stills, ensures a spirit that is both complex and harmonious. Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, this Blanco tequila reaches the pinnacle of its purity and potency, bottled at 55%, the maximum allowed by the Tequila Regulatory Council. Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
