The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is an exceptional single malt that embodies the craftsmanship of the Highlands distillery. This whisky has been fully matured for 12 years in first-fill sherry casks, offering unparalleled aromatic richness and depth. It is a recent addition to the Tomatin range, specially designed for specialized wine merchants and spirit enthusiasts. The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry is a smooth and easy-to-drink whisky, brimming with complex and indulgent flavors.

Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Malted barley from organic farming.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

La Fée Parisienne is the first traditional absinthe distilled in France since the ban was lifted in 1915.

Gozio Amaretto stands out as an exceptional liqueur, boasting an exquisite almond flavor.
Employing an unparalleled method, bitter almonds sourced from four continents undergo a meticulous infusion process lasting a minimum of sixty days, resulting in a premium blend that captures the finest aroma and taste.
Distinguished, this liqueur refrains from incorporating artificial aromas, extracts, or additives in its final composition.
Its refined taste is both velvety and approachable, making it a versatile choice for enhancing both cocktails and dessert creations.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
