TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: From the outset, the nose is expressive with fresh and vegetal notes reminiscent of dried cane and wild herbs. Subtle touches of wood and resin blend with vanilla aromas. Toasted and roasted notes of hazelnuts and almonds are also perceived, followed by floral and spicy accents.
PALATE : The attack on the palate is light but gradually reveals a complex aromatic palette. The rum surprises with its richness, unveiling an intense floral bouquet and citrus notes. A beautiful roundness sets in, enveloping the palate with vanilla, sweet almonds, sage, and umami.
FINISH : The finish is long and tense, with flavors of dried fruits such as almonds, dates, and hazelnuts. It leaves a lingering impression of sweetness and complexity, marking this rum as a perfect choice for connoisseurs.
