The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of Quebec's first settlers, who brought the whisky-making techniques of the New World and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create a truly unique spirit.

Each step, from extended fermentation in wooden vats to double distillation in pot stills, has been designed to create a spirit with intense and complex flavors.
After resting for six months in demijohns, this rum reveals its full aromatic depth.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Sortilège is a unique blend of Canadian whisky and maple syrup. Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.

Xibal Equinox is a special edition of Xibal Gin, with a combination of the characteristic products that are grown during the equinox, such as grapefruit and guava, in addition to the characteristic Xibal ingredients within them that we can mention: Orange, lemon, cardamom and pericon.
