Elaborated in Guatemala, Botran Ki’ is an exceptional rum crafted from virgin sugar cane honey, a noble base that gives it a unique aromatic richness.
This rum is the result of dynamic aging, where the rums are carefully matured in an adapted solera system, ensuring a perfect harmony between youth and maturity.
With a finish in sweet wine casks, notably those that contained Moscatel, Botran Ki’ offers remarkable sweetness and roundness, while maintaining an authentic aromatic profile with no added sugar.
It is equally suited for neat tasting or the creation of sophisticated cocktails, thus offering great versatility to bartenders and sommeliers.

Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead, while flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate. Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

Inspired by the Hanami tradition, Etsu Sakura captures the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms – a moment when Japan is adorned with soft pink hues and the air is filled with delicate fragrances. The Galerie Cuvée - Schuck One embodies the collaboration between the Longueteau distillery from Guadeloupe and urban artist Shuck One. A piece of the Galerie collection, this art and terroir rum combines the excellence of agricultural rum with contemporary artistic expression. Distilled in Sainte-Marie, on the lands of Capesterre Belle-Eau, this cuvée reflects the ancestral expertise of the Longueteau house. Blending tradition and modernity, this rum is a true ode to creativity and Guadeloupean heritage. The bottle, adorned with a work by Shuck One, celebrates the tropical forest of Basse-Terre and the island's cultural roots.

Old Pulteney Flotilla 2012 is a Highlands whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Over the years, the casks have gently absorbed all the sea breeze from the North of Scotland, giving the whisky its sweet and complex flavors and its coastal characteristics. It is not surprising that Old Pulteney is known as the "maritime malt".
