The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. Au double vieillissement en fûts de teck et de chêne americain (ex bourbons) s’ajoute une annee de vieillissement supplementaire en fûts de merisier qui apporte des arômes de miel et de griottes.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

YAMAZAKURA: Literally "Cherry Blossom of the Mountains," it embodies the quintessence of Japan's natural beauty and ancestral craftsmanship. This blend results from the harmonious combination of four whiskies carefully aged in bourbon casks.
