Douro D.O.C. 2018 (vin)

Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Rhubarb & Cranberry gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

Spicebox was inspired by a crafty Canadian, who would ship the contraband cargo in wooden barrels, black stamped with Spices. all was going according to plan, until a barrel took a spill, and their exporting days were over! The brand name itself communicates the flavor, and intrinsically links us to spiced whisky. The colours of the fonts, orange and brown, are related to the general perception of spice — the warmth conveyed through the various spice flavors. The branding and other fonts that are representative of the fonts of the products and printing of the 1920s, during Prohibition.

The Mermaid Pink Gin offers a both smooth and complex experience, thanks to a refreshing aromatic infusion of Mermaid Gin and the natural sweetness of strawberries from the Isle of Wight. Its pink hue evokes a contemporary elegance that enchants as much with its style as with its unique flavors. This gin is a perfect balance between fruity notes and spicy touches, all wrapped in a maritime freshness. Ideal for sophisticated tasting moments, this gin stands out with its vibrant personality and complexity. Mermaid Gin Pink won a bronze medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

When a lime dries under the sun, it turns black and develops wonderful slightly smoky, woody, deep aromas, while retaining its zesty freshness. Black lemon is widely used in Mediterranean and Persian cuisine. Yu Gin Black Lemon offers a remarkable aromatic profile: yuzu, black lemon, juniper, combined with a delicate bouquet of ginger, coriander, caraway, and cardamom, creating a truly unique gin with rich, deep, and original aromas.
