The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.

Amazonian Gin Company is a premium Distilled Gin made with extraneutral sugar cane spirit, distilled with juniper berries from Macedonia and a careful selection of fresh fruits and botanicals from the Amazon region, harvested by Amazonian farmers.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. Nordés 0.0 is a sugar-free refreshing drink made from osmosis water, treated through a series of processes (emulsion, filtration and decantation) with tartaric acid tartaric acid and essential oils of the main botanical ingredients, resulting in a transparent liquid with the nuances, intensity of flavour and aroma and aroma of Nordés gin.

This blend with very little wood influence, displays a predominance of fruity aromas.

Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.
