KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
