A unique spirit that delights both gin and whiskey lovers alike, KOVAL Barreled Gin is crafted with the same prized recipe as the Dry Gin, but with a new level of citrus, spice and light butterscotch sweetness that come from its maturation in a KOVAL whiskey barrel. Koval Wheat is a limited release American whiskey produced in small batches with a 100% organic wheat mashed potato bill. This expression pays homage to the tradition of American wheat whiskey, while differentiating itself from the rest of the Koval line due to the high alcohol content. It is aged in small new and charred casks and bottled at 55% vol. without chill filtration. The water - an essential ingredient in the distillation process - comes from Lake Michigan and is purified using natural charcoal. Koval Wheat Bio Whiskey is a unique taste experience: intense and pure, full of character.

BARSOL Pisco is produced in the Bodega San Isidro. All grapes used for BARSOL Pisco are grown on proprietary premises surrounding the Bodega. The Bodega can rely upon nearly 100 years of experience in the production of high quality pisco.
BARSOL Selecto Acholado pisco has a great mixability and works in cocktails like Pisco Sour, Capitán, Chilcano or any modern pisco drink creation.

Due to its superb quality, BARSOL Selecto Acholado has received many awards in multiple competitions in Peru and around the world. It is a pisco of great harmony, balance and brilliancy.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). There is no more Irish whiskey than Pot Still; thus, Glendalough Distillery feels it is fitting to age it in Irish Oak. Glendalough Distillery is proud to play its part in bringing back the use of Irish oak for whiskey cask-making. This most quintessentially Irish style of whiskey, pot still, is first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then in Irish Oak felled in the mountains around the distillery.
