KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur offers an enticing blend of fruit-forward and bittersweet flavors, surrounded by the crisp, well-rounded notes of KOVAL Gin's signature 13 botanicals.

Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Gozio Amaretto stands out as an exceptional liqueur, boasting an exquisite almond flavor.
Employing an unparalleled method, bitter almonds sourced from four continents undergo a meticulous infusion process lasting a minimum of sixty days, resulting in a premium blend that captures the finest aroma and taste.
Distinguished, this liqueur refrains from incorporating artificial aromas, extracts, or additives in its final composition.
Its refined taste is both velvety and approachable, making it a versatile choice for enhancing both cocktails and dessert creations.

The Crème de Pêche de Vigne Merlet is made from this very particular variety, once cultivated along the vineyards, small in size and with red and white flesh.

Amazonian Gin Company is a premium Distilled Gin made with extraneutral sugar cane spirit, distilled with juniper berries from Macedonia and a careful selection of fresh fruits and botanicals from the Amazon region, harvested by Amazonian farmers.

KOVAL Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled single barrel at 47%, using state-of-the-art technologies to achieve precise consistency and quality.

KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper. This dry gin is crisp enough to enjoy straight and excellent in cocktails both classic and contemporary.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course).
