Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.

The Botran Reserva Blanca is a premium white rum from Guatemala, a country renowned for its centuries-old traditions in crafting exceptional rums. Created by the Botran family, this spirit embodies all the expertise and passion passed down since 1939. Distilled from cane honey (a reduction of fresh cane juice), the Botran Reserva Blanca undergoes a unique aging process in white oak barrels that previously held bourbon, following the Solera method. After this maturation, a charcoal filtration is applied to restore its crystal-clear appearance while preserving its aromatic richness.

Using Rye that is locally and sustainably sourced in the Midwestern US, allow us to present a fresh and light whiskey that offers mellow and somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn, with a classically spicy finish. Koval Wheat is a limited release American whiskey produced in small batches with a 100% organic wheat mashed potato bill. This expression pays homage to the tradition of American wheat whiskey, while differentiating itself from the rest of the Koval line due to the high alcohol content. It is aged in small new and charred casks and bottled at 55% vol. without chill filtration. The water - an essential ingredient in the distillation process - comes from Lake Michigan and is purified using natural charcoal.
