Santa Ana Gin Florale

Inspired by the Hanami tradition, Etsu Sakura captures the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms – a moment when Japan is adorned with soft pink hues and the air is filled with delicate fragrances. Distilled at the Akita distillery on the island of Honshu, Etsu Sakura reveals a floral and refined expression, where the enchanting softness of sakura intertwines with citrus freshness and the complexity of Japanese botanicals. Its subtle balance is enhanced by the pure water from the Ou mountains, bringing finesse and lightness to each sip. A true invitation to extend the spirit of Hanami all year long, to enjoy in a cocktail or simply with tonic.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

Sérum Mamie is an intense smooth blend of Panamanian dark aged rums with cocoa, vanilla and toffee.

Sérum Gorgas Gran Reserva is an internationally awarded, super-premium blend of rums aged up to 8 years in ex-bourbon casks. Awarded the Gold medal in the category of “Rums from 6-10 years, column still” and “Best rum 2020” trophy at HK IWSC Cathay-Pacific!

Trois Citrus is Merlet’s reinterpretation of the traditional triple sec orange liqueur. The Merlet family worked with one of the greatest bartenders of the world, Tony Conigliaro, to create a perfect cocktail product. Trois Citrus is made with three varieties of citrus: bitter orange, blood orange and lemon.

Isidore Lemorton participated in the founding of the family business. Throughout his life, he received numerous medals and awards. Notably, he was awarded the title of Coq d’Or in the Guide des Gourmands at the age of 91 in 1991. Roger, Isidore's son, continued the tradition of expertise when he took over the family torch. He never stopped supporting his father throughout his life until the succession. Driven by passion, Roger devoted all his heart and soul to crafting cider-based products and lovingly preserved these Domfrontais Calvados in oak barrels. Instinctively, this deep passion was passed down over time to Didier, his son, with the unwavering support of Martine, Didier's wife.
