Isidore Lemorton participated in the founding of the family business. Throughout his life, he received numerous medals and awards. Notably, he was awarded the title of Coq d’Or in the Guide des Gourmands at the age of 91 in 1991. Roger, Isidore's son, continued the tradition of expertise when he took over the family torch. He never stopped supporting his father throughout his life until the succession. Driven by passion, Roger devoted all his heart and soul to crafting cider-based products and lovingly preserved these Domfrontais Calvados in oak barrels. Instinctively, this deep passion was passed down over time to Didier, his son, with the unwavering support of Martine, Didier's wife.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.
