TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: A rum marked by freshness, with aromas of lemongrass and freshly cut sugarcane. A touch of indulgence with notes of tangy red fruits.
PALATE: A smooth and refined attack, balanced with the freshness already present on the nose. These fresh cane notes are complemented by hints of tangy candies.
FINISH: Green anise, dill, and roasted almond.

Glendalough Rose Gin
This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.
Nordés Gin
Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
