Isidore Lemorton participated in the founding of the family business. Throughout his life, he received numerous medals and awards. Notably, he was awarded the title of Coq d’Or in the Guide des Gourmands at the age of 91 in 1991. Roger, Isidore's son, continued the tradition of expertise when he took over the family torch. He never stopped supporting his father throughout his life until the succession. Driven by passion, Roger devoted all his heart and soul to crafting cider-based products and lovingly preserved these Domfrontais Calvados in oak barrels. Instinctively, this deep passion was passed down over time to Didier, his son, with the unwavering support of Martine, Didier's wife.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
