Mintis Gin Wild Raspberry
The Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin comes from Torino Distillati in Moncalieri. The family distillery is run by Carlo Vergnano, his wife Piera, their daughter Rita, and other employees. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is distilled for eight hours at 60 °C in a custom-made vacuum still. Refined with wild raspberries, this gin offers an enchanting aroma of juniper berries, raspberry, and mint. On the palate, it reveals typical juniper notes, accompanied by juicy and fresh raspberry, grapefruit peel, and spices. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is bottled at 41.8% ABV.

NOSE: Sweet and fresh with juniper berries, bitter oranges, raspberries, and mint.
PALATE: Bold and fruity on the palate. From the start, fruity and fresh notes of juicy raspberries and juniper follow one another, accompanied by grapefruit peel, mint, and spices.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
