Each edition of the Sinteis Series is based on a double maturation: an unusual virgin oak cask combined with a classic sherry cask. The result? Every cask silently slumbering in our on-site warehouses is meticulously monitored throughout its maturation journey, ensuring the whisky is bottled at its optimum. This process allows us to find some hidden gems: casks that are developing rather special and distinctive characteristics. These unique whiskies merit being showcased individually so as to capture the interesting nuances and unique personality delivered by the cask’s DNA: its history, oak genus and provenance. For these bottlings, we believe it’s essential to present the spirit at cask strength to deliver a drinking experience that transports you to the depths of our warehouses in Speyside; as if you were sampling directly from the cask.

A genius whisky expression as we like to see and especially taste. The Glencadam Single Cask Whisky matured only on Cask 179 and could not be bottled pure. After maturing on a single cask not cooled filtered into the bottle without any coloring or dilution. Something that will really make the true bourbon lover water teeth. An incredibly fine dram with a divine taste. This Highland Glencadam was personally selected by Premium Spirits and released in a numbered edition. The cask was personally selected on site after a thorough analysis.
