Carefully aged for 10 years in first-fill Bourbon casks, this non-chill-filtered and colorant-free whisky reveals the pure authenticity of a unique terroir.
TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: A very mineral nose, enhanced by aromas of fresh green fruits. The complexity of the bouquet reveals itself progressively.
PALATE: On the palate, an intense and dense aromatic richness imposes itself. The lactic profile, typical of Belgian Owl, is prominent.
FINISH: The finish is fresh and exceptional, marked by a rare minerality for a whisky of this age. The aftertaste is lingering and mellow, with notes of eucalyptus and toasted oak.
