Crafted with precision, the 3-5 year rare dark rum blend speaks the truth as a Caribbean rum, remaining uncompromised. Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate flavour of the lychee is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the High Fens. The harmony between these ingredients gives Panda gin a subtle yet powerful note with delicate, refined accents.

Aged with expertise in high-quality Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, the barrels have imparted rich and fruity notes that blend harmoniously with wisps of peaty smoke.

The Meikle Tòir – The Chinquapin One is a peated single malt, carefully crafted and refined in virgin Chinquapin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozarks, USA. This whisky delivers notes of soft spices and roasted nuts, harmoniously combined with a gentler peaty smoke, derived from the St. Fergus mainland peat. With an extended fermentation of 160 hours and a smoke profile measured at 35 PPM, this single malt reveals a complexity that perfectly complements maturation in virgin oak casks.

This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged in oak casks and is delicately balanced with caramel and honey notes. Experience this old fashioned bourbon with a nip of sweet.

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

From the very first nose, lively notes of yellow fruit and vanilla emerge, signaling the roundness and deliciousness of this Single Malt. The finish is surprisingly long, with notes of toasted oak.
