The definition of Alchemy is " a magical process of creation and combination". Here we have combined some of our oldest whiskies, which have been fully matured in 6 cask types ( Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts and hogsheads, Light and medium toasted Virgin American Oak barrels, and ruby and tawny port barriques). This is our boldest and richest release yet.

Pandan (pandanus amaryllifolius) is a leaf with unique and delicious aromas, a true pillar of Asian gastronomic culture. Widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, pandan has 750 different species spread across Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Its long, blade-shaped leaves give off a distinctive fragrance. Heavily used in dishes and drinks in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, the Maldives, and India, it is nicknamed "the vanilla of Asia" for its notes of vanilla, almond, and butter biscuit.

TASTING NOTES

The amber color proves at first glance the balance and smoothness of Amaro Nonino. On the nose and palate, harmony is confirmed by an extraordinary touch of herbs and citrus notes.

Serve at room temperature, on ice with a slice of orange, or in a cocktail.
