Sea Salt Yuzushu 13% 720 ml

Yuzushu literally means "yuzu alcohol" in Japanese. Sea Salt Yuzushu is produced by the Kitajima brewery on a sake base, to which fresh yuzu juice and sea salt are added. Founded in 1805 in the village of Hari, Shiga Prefecture, the distillery has possessed recognized expertise in premium sakes for over 200 years. The association of sake, fresh Japanese yuzu juice, and sea salt creates a remarkable beverage with sweet and tangy notes. To be enjoyed neat on ice, with tonic, or in the Japanese fashion with hot water.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR : Brilliant gold

NOSE : Intense notes of fresh & ripe yuzu.

PALATE : Sweet & tangy. The touch of sea salt softens the acidity and brings out the yuzu flavor.

FINISH : Smooth and fresh.
