Designed as a homage to cellar master François Longueteau's grandmother Louisette, this aged agricultural rum draws its inspiration from memories of cooking and warm family moments. Part of the "Souvenir" collection, it emotionally celebrates the evocative aromas of caramel, flambéed fruits, and noble wood, characteristic of the Longueteau distillery, founded in 1890 in Guadeloupe.

In 2008, Alexander Stein founded the Black Forest distillery with the intention of producing the best gin in the world. This gin is made up of 47 ingredients (cassia, hibiscus, sweet flag, jasmine, bee balm, cranberry, pomelo, verbena, elderflower, spruce...). Named Monkey 47 in tribute to British Commander Montgomery, who himself produced gin in the Black Forest in the 1950s, it is crafted in micro-batches (1,250 liters) and distilled in small steam-heated stills. Specially selected by Billy Walker, limited edition: 1,800 cases, matured in Bourbon casks and finished in Premier Cru Classé barrels, aged in Speyside, non-chill filtered, with no added coloring. Factors such as the oak essence, the toasting level, and the cooperage of the cask each leave a unique mark on the spirit at rest. The oak itself was previously influenced by the grape variety and the terroir of the wine estate from which these barrels originate; thus, the wood adds distinct layers of complexity, depth, and charm. These French oak barrels were sourced from one of the five Premier Cru Classé châteaux located in the Bordeaux wine region of France, which is globally renowned.
