Made on Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, Etsu gin means "pleasure" in Japanese.

Made from ingredients some of which are only grown in Japan, Etsu offers a unique sensory journey in the land of the rising sun, between tradition and modernity.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

Gozio Amaretto stands out as an exceptional liqueur, boasting an exquisite almond flavor.
Employing an unparalleled method, bitter almonds sourced from four continents undergo a meticulous infusion process lasting a minimum of sixty days, resulting in a premium blend that captures the finest aroma and taste.
Distinguished, this liqueur refrains from incorporating artificial aromas, extracts, or additives in its final composition.
Its refined taste is both velvety and approachable, making it a versatile choice for enhancing both cocktails and dessert creations.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.

This delicious spiced rum has a core of orange, ginger and cacao nibs, along with ingredients too secret to mention! Smoked over a peat fire, it is an intensely smoky experience unlike any other rum in existence. A true reflection of its Islay roots.

TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.
