Compagnie des Indes launches The Great Whites, a range of exceptional white rums. They are carefully selected from around the world to highlight the most aromatic and flavorful white rums. Cane juice or molasses, pot still or column still, these rums may vary in style and origin but share the same vibrant character.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Ultra expressive, developing aromas of truffle, humus, fresh cane, sandalwood, and incense.
PALATE: Initially very iodized, which is quite disconcerting but interesting, with Williams pear, a slight woody note, white tea, and praline.
FINISH: Woody and harmonious.

L'Absinthe Verte NV is a modern absinthe that draws inspiration from traditional French recipes while adding a touch of contemporary boldness.
Created by George Rowley in 2008, this absinthe takes its inspiration from research conducted at the Schimmel Library, the oldest herbalist library in Europe.
While the classic absinthe ingredients, such as grand wormwood, fennel, and star anise, are well represented, more innovative elements like natural vanilla from Madagascar and cocoa beans add a unique sweetness and complexity. The name "Envy" (NV) evokes feelings of passion, desire, and admiration—a drink so desired it stirs envy in those who have yet to taste it.
The bitterness of sloe is tinged with blood orange while blackcurrant mischievously reveals a note of black pepper and sage, perfectly unexpected.
Produced from 100% French malted barley. Double distilled in the Charentais abysses of the Merlet distillery, then matured in association with new and old French oak barrels. The result is a delicious, round, fruity and floral whisky with spicy notes. "Coperies" means "harvest" in an ancient local French dialect.
TASTIN NOTES

Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.
In the whisky that made Cu Bocan's name, light smoke intertwines with rich citrus and exotic spices. Subtly smoky, surprisingly sweet, it opens up the world of lightly peated whisky.
