La Gauloise Nectar des Druides
Unveiled in the year 2023 to celebrate the 240th anniversary of LA GAULOISE, created in 1783 by Sieur Requier, "Le Nectar des Druides" was patiently crafted over several years in the secrecy of our cellars by the Master Liquorist, using aging barrels and fresh productions of GAULOISE Verte and GAULOISE Jaune. This delicate blend combines the aromatic power of GAULOISE Verte with the smoothness of GAULOISE Jaune: the alchemy of freshness with the patina of time!
Composition: alcohol, fine eaux-de-vie, sugar, aromatic plants.

TASTING NOTES :
COLOR: lovely soft green hue with golden reflections.
NOSE: complex, combining mild spices, pepper, citrus fruits (mandarin, lemon, …), and flowers.
PALATE: full-bodied, silky, delicately powerful, with a long and harmonious finish.
