Guided by Master Distiller Billy Walker, our team is on a 'Meikle Tòir' (a bold pursuit to craft exceptional peated single malt at The GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside). Every cask slumbering in our 16 on-site warehouses is closely observed throughout its maturation. Occasionally, we discover hidden gems that develop particularly distinctive character shaped by their oak, history, and provenance.Crafted with mainland peat sourced from St Fergus, this whisky is bottled for the Master Blender's European Selection. Matured in a single Bourbon Barrel, this whisky delivers layers of grilled honeycomb, orange spice and vanilla pods, unfolding into black cherry jam, grilled orchard fruits and campfire smoke.

The Longueteau 50° agricultural white rum is made from two varieties of sugarcane, the "blue" cane and the "red" cane. These varieties have been selected and are recognized for their aromatic intensity. Of superior quality, this rum stands out for the finesse of its aromas. It is best enjoyed in a ti-punch.

BARSOL Pisco is produced in the Bodega San Isidro. All grapes used for BARSOL Pisco are grown on proprietary premises surrounding the Bodega. The Bodega can rely upon nearly 100 years of experience in the production of high quality pisco.
BARSOL Selecto Acholado pisco has a great mixability and works in cocktails like Pisco Sour, Capitán, Chilcano or any modern pisco drink creation.

Due to its superb quality, BARSOL Selecto Acholado has received many awards in multiple competitions in Peru and around the world. It is a pisco of great harmony, balance and brilliancy.

KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper. This dry gin is crisp enough to enjoy straight and excellent in cocktails both classic and contemporary.

Using Rye that is locally and sustainably sourced in the Midwestern US, allow us to present a fresh and light whiskey that offers mellow and somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn, with a classically spicy finish. Works beautifully in classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Sazerac, or Scofflaw, where its grain-forward spiciness balances out the sweetness of other ingredients.

To make this extraordinary gin, Glendalough forage wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains all year round. Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.
