Dolin Red Vermouth has a long history of success and awards. Its recipe, intact, is one of our treasures. Dolin Red Vermouth is a white wine based aperitif, recognized as one of the best vermouths. It is made from Chambéry plants and fine wines from the region.

It is produced by the Distillerie Merlet & Fils with AMÉRISSE, who wanted to sublimate this fruit by combining it with several bitter plants such as gentian, angelica, mugwort and rhubarb to reinforce its natural astringency, and then with other berries and citrus fruits that increase its fruity flavours and complexity tenfold.

From an ancient family recipe passed down through generations, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia was born.
The grape brandy aged in barrels, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia has won over mixologists around the world.
Quintessentia was chosen to celebrate the alchemical achievement of the purest essence in the generational transmission of the family recipe, obtained by ennobling Amaro with grape brandy aged in barrels for a minimum of 12 months.

Produced from 100% French malted barley. Double distilled in the Charentais abysses of the Merlet distillery, then matured in association with new and old French oak barrels. The result is a delicious, round, fruity and floral whisky with spicy notes. "Coperies" means "harvest" in an ancient local French dialect.

Merlet Cantaloupe liqueur (Crème de Melon Charentais) pays tribute to a local variety, renown for its quality and now produced in different regions. The Merlets source their fruits from partner producers who grow their melons a close distance from the distillery, which allows for perfect control of the quality of the product.
