Merlet C² Cassis & Cognac combines the expertise of the Merlet family as both liqueur makers and distillers, while revisiting an old French countryside digestif, the Mêlécasse (a blend of brandy and blackcurrant cream). C² Cassis is the blend of homemade natural blackcurrant infusions with cognacs from the distillery.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE First, the powerful fruitiness of blackcurrant. Then comes the Cognac with some Kirsch and Madeira notes.
