This edition is entirely dedicated to the horse, one of the twelve symbols of the Chinese zodiac, which represents freedom, vitality, and energy. Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky are exceptional Japanese whiskies produced by the Matsui distillery. Located in Tottori, a coastal prefecture in the south of Honshu, known for its dunes, whiskies from the Matsui distillery are characterized by aging using the pure underground waters of Mount Daisen.
