Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.

Génépi liqueur 1821 is one of Dolin’s flagship products. This famous plant, emblematic of the Alps, grows above 1800 meters in altitude, among rocks and snowfields.
