Pussers Gunpowder is a brut de fût amber rum, which means it has been bottled at its natural strength (54.5°). This is a rum that brings back to life the daily rations served to the warships of the English Royal Fleet at the time... A rum which, as it travelled, rocked by the swell, improved...
TASTING NOTES
NOSE The aromas are full-bodied, beginning with a beautiful prune-chocolate (broad bean) accord. Fruity, spicy and woody aromas follow.
PALATE The attack, full of bite, offers a fine woody-chocolate accord (beans and full-bodied chocolate). As on the nose, fruity (pear, quince) and spicy (cinnamon, saffron) flavours round off this first impression.
FINISH The finish offers good length, where spicy, vanilla, liquorice and fruity notes come together.

Two mignonettes (Absinthe La fée Blanche & Absinthe La fée Parisienne) and an absinthe spoon for a lovely discovery.
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created in tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent and free spirit of the pioneers who followed them.
Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, Buffalo Trace bourbon ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity.
Pusser's tribute to King Charles III
Pusser’s Rum Limited has crafted a limited-edition Naval rum from select stills in Guyana and Trinidad to salute the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla on 6 May 2023. As the Crown of Saint Edward is placed upon the head of King Charles, we ask that you lift your drinking vessel high and toast the new King and Queen of the United Kingdom and its Commonwealth. This fine blend of aged rum is at 54.5% (Navy Proof) and similar to that served on the 31st day of July 1970 when the Admiralty discontinued its daily issue of rum to Ships’ Companies, ending the longest tradition in seafaring history.
Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.
A true flagship of the Foursquare distillery: Doorly's XO Gold is an exceptional rum, aged between six and twelve years in bourbon casks and then finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks.
This double aging process gives this rum remarkable complexity and depth, appealing to both whiskey and cognac enthusiasts.
Pusser's Select Aged 151, or Overproof, is produced at "cask strength," as it was shipped to the Royal Navy victualling yards in Deptford, Gosport, and Devonport for blending and dilution "to Proof."
