They use some of the best barley, grown in Norfolk, and superb Breckland water to make their whisky. This 9 Year Old release is a heavily peated new make, matured in an Oloroso Sherry barrel and we’ve bottled this at cask strength - 67% abv.

Sauternes is made from grapes which have undergone ‘noble rot’, causing their moisture to evaporate, hence concentrating the sugars. Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)
