First Pokeno carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of our favourite wineries. Pokeno then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together.
Crafted with precision, the 3-5 year rare dark rum blend speaks the truth as a Caribbean rum, remaining uncompromised. This whisky was distilled on on 26th March 2010 and aged in a single ex-PX Sherry cask #804032 for 13 years.
