The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
Tullibardine The Murray 2008 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Marquess Collection. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024, this whisky is limited to only 15,720 bottles worldwide. This unique single malt has been finished in Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine casks, one of France's most renowned crus, enhancing its character with rich and complex aromas. The perfect combination of the fruity richness from the wine casks and notes of vanilla and caramel results in an exceptional whisky, ideal for discerning connoisseurs. Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.
Finished in Californian red wine and ex bourbon casks, Bladnoch Samsara Single Malt is luscious, full bodied and fragrant, with a rich, lingering core.
