Yu Gin Black Lemon offers a remarkable aromatic profile: yuzu, black lemon, juniper, combined with a delicate bouquet of ginger, coriander, caraway, and cardamom, creating a truly unique gin with rich, deep, and original aromas.

LA TOMATO is a special drink, highly respected in the demanding Japanese mixology. Fresh tomato juice is mixed with syrup and neutral white alcohol to create a soft, delicate, and very aromatic product. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

This 10-year-old rum of Hispanic tradition is bottled at cask strength. It offers a beautiful range of flavors, supported by an alcohol content reaching 61%. Only such a high degree can ensure a fully developed aromatic expression. The rum is therefore free of any dilution, which is usually used to achieve a reduction close to 40%. Renowned for its mastery of finishes, Coloma confirms its expertise with this cask strength, vintage 2010, which completed its maturation with just 30 days in casks that previously held coffee liqueur.
