Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, Buffalo Trace bourbon ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity.

Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Rose Petal gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. The Crème de Cassis de Merlet has held the status of Geographical Indication since 2015, recognizing the unique expertise developed over 30 years in the cultivation of blackcurrants and their transformation into liqueur. The complete mastery of the cultivation and harvesting of the berries, their ripeness, and their transformation by the Merlet family, combined with a high concentration of macerated fruits, are the keys to the extreme intensity and complexity achieved.
