A unique spirit that delights both gin and whiskey lovers alike, KOVAL Barreled Gin is crafted with the same prized recipe as the Dry Gin, but with a new level of citrus, spice and light butterscotch sweetness that come from its maturation in a KOVAL whiskey barrel. KOVAL Barreled Gin is crisp enough to be enjoyed straight, or as a new layer of depth in classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Negroni or Gimlet.

To make this extraordinary gin, Glendalough forage wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains all year round. Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.

Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Rose Petal gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

La Fabrique de l'Arrangé N°05 is an arranged rum produced in Île-de-France by Tricoche Spirits. In this recipe made with AOC Martinique agricultural rum, the roundness of Kent mango and the sweetness of dried apricot are enhanced by a hint of thyme flower.

The complete mastery of the cultivation and harvesting of the berries, their ripeness, and their transformation by the Merlet family, combined with a high concentration of macerated fruits, are the keys to the extreme intensity and complexity achieved.

Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a copper alembic, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericón, fennel, coriander, and spices such as black pepper, lemon, laurel, cardamomo, pericon and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.
