Aged patiently for 22 years in American oak casks that once held bourbon, it reaches full maturity with an exceptional 3-year finish in Spanish oak casks that previously held Oloroso sherry. Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.
