Bladnoch 12y is the 12 year-old version of the Bladnoch's single cask. It is Non-chill filtered single cask. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022.
Matured in an ex Oloroso hogshead for dark berries and oak notes.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE Dark cherries with dried figs and polished oak.
PALATE Aged oak with dark chocolate & orange zest.
FINISH Very long & dry.

Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.
An emblematic bottling of the distillery, thhis single malt is aged in old bourbon casks, giving it gourmand, vanilla and very a very slight spicy character
The Bladnoch 14 Year Old is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.

The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
