Pandan (pandanus amaryllifolius) is a leaf with unique and delicious aromas, a true pillar of Asian gastronomic culture. Widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, pandan has 750 different species spread across Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Its long, blade-shaped leaves give off a distinctive fragrance. Heavily used in dishes and drinks in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, the Maldives, and India, it is nicknamed "the vanilla of Asia" for its notes of vanilla, almond, and butter biscuit.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

The casks numbered 49541 and 49542 have been gracefully resting in warehouse 6 since they were filled on September 21, 1978, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit they contain. After thirty years, the spirit was transferred into the finest Spanish first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks and was aged for an additional decade under the careful and enduring care of Tomatin distillery's custodians.

The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. The White Heather 15 years is a blend crafted by Billy Walker. This whisky brings together a meticulous combination of malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay, and Speyside regions. Following an initial long aging in American and Spanish oak casks, it underwent additional maturation in Pedro Ximenez Puncheon casks, new virgin American oak barrels, and ex-Oloroso Sherry puncheons, imparting unparalleled complexity and depth to this blend.
