Nordés Gin Limited Edition 2025
This second limited edition is inspired by the diversity of the Atlantic Ocean that washes the coasts of Galicia. The estuaries, headlands and seas of the Galician coastline are home to unique species that have become symbols of our local gastronomy. Nordés gin also contains a fascinating variety of flavours, thanks to a blend of traditional botanicals sourced both from Galicia and beyond, combined with a grape-based spirit and the ingenious touch of exquisite Albariño grapes. This is how we craft a smooth, aromatic and refreshing gin that pays tribute, with every sip, to this corner of the world.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Transparent
NOSE An intensely aromatic gin, with delicate notes of white fruit in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay, accompanied by a subtle note of juniper.
PALATE Fresh and fruity on the palate, reminiscent of laurel and juniper on the nose.
