Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions. This union balance between the strength of cellar ageing and the explosion of noble aromas released released after 5 years in casks. Coloma 8 Years is an exceptional Colombian rum, rooted in the Spanish tradition. Column-distilled from two varieties of sugarcane, it undergoes 8 years of aging in American oak barrels before being refined in former coffee liqueur casks. This unique finish imparts gourmet and complex notes, perfectly harmonizing with its refined aromatic profile. This rum is crafted under the supervision of two female cellar masters, Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, who ensure precision at every stage of production.

Villa Lobos® Blanco 55% is an exceptional tequila, embodying the passionate collaboration between two legendary figures in the world of tequila: Carlos Camarena and Dale Sklar. Crafted with agaves harvested from Camarena's family plantations in Los Altos de Jalisco, this tequila is a tribute to traditional craftsmanship. The selection of the ripest and sweetest agaves, combined with meticulous distillation in copper stills, ensures a spirit that is both complex and harmonious. Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, this Blanco tequila reaches the pinnacle of its purity and potency, bottled at 55%, the maximum allowed by the Tequila Regulatory Council. The Calvados Réserve is aged for 3 years in oak barrels with 25% new barrels.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water coming from the mountain and sea water from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berry, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast in a bottle.
