The Longueteau 125-year cuvée before cask aging is composed of 50° agricultural white rum, a blend of 65% red cane and 35% blue cane, with 8 months of resting in stainless steel tanks. This distillate is then transferred to 300-liter cognac casks. These casks were filled in three different years: 2008, 2009, and finally 2010.

Ron Coloma 8 Years Old is produced at Hacienda Coloma, a three-generation family coffee plantation located in the heart of Colombia. After 8 years of aging in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, Ron Coloma benefits from a 2 to 3 month finish in oak barrels that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This unique aging method gives Ron Coloma its soft and unique personality, a true expression of its distinctive Colombian roots.

Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.

Sortilège Maple Cream combines Canadian whisky with delicious Quebec maple syrup, all enhanced by a touch of cream, for a pleasant hint of sweetness and an exquisite blend of flavors.

TASTING NOTES : NOSE: Upon opening, the nose is dominated by warm aromas of caramel and flambéed banana. Delicate notes of butter and candied fruits gradually emerge, accompanied by a subtle woody touch inherited from the cognac barrels. PALATE: The palate is rich and creamy, offering a perfect harmony between sweetness and freshness. Flavors of roasted banana and caramelized sugar are enhanced by woody nuances.
