The Penderyn distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits at the foot of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales. Madeira Penderyn is aged in old bourbon casks and then in old Madeira wine casks to give it all its character.

The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly world class malt.
Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.
Amazonian Gin Company is a premium Distilled Gin made with extraneutral sugar cane spirit, distilled with juniper berries from Macedonia and a careful selection of fresh fruits and botanicals from the Amazon region, harvested by Amazonian farmers.
Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.
YuGin: a simple yet complex spirit, made from natural ingredients, with freshness and subtlety. Made in France, it draws its inspiration from Japanese traditions and heritage.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). The whisky comes from an undisclosed distillery on Islay - it's a closely guarded secret as to which one...
The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
