Hee Joy Origins is a blend of traditional rums from Jamaica, Trinidad & Guyana, carefully selected and aged in distinct barrels within each original distillery. They are then blended and refined in French oak barrels in Cognac, France. The extraordinary balance of Hee Joy Origins comes from the complexity and richness of the aromas from the three origins. The three rums are aged for 5 years in their respective barrels and climates before being blended in Cognac casks. Hee Joy is an exceptional rum. It is best enjoyed neat and at room temperature.

For their Merlet VSOP Cognac, Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux-de-vie from different regions of the cognac appellation, to ensure consistent quality. The eaux-de-vie were aged for at least four years. Most of the Cognacs selected for this blend are from Fins Bois ‘crus’, famed for their fruitiness and their capacity to mature fast when barrel-aged.
