Nonino Anticacuvée Blend 5 - 20Y
Blended grappa made from fresh pomace, aged from 5 to 20 years in barrels and small casks. Rich, sensual, and velvety.
Nonino Riserva 8Y Barrique
A precious and elegant blend of Prosecco and Monovitigno® Schioppettino Grappas, along with Merlot pomace. Aged for 8 years in barrels and small casks. Limited and numbered production. The aging process takes place as the Grappa rests in wood, which modifies its sensory profile through the action of oxygen that reaches the distillate via the wood's porosity, as well as the impact of substances the wood slowly releases into the product, enriching it.
Nonino UE Riserva 25th Anniversary 5Y Barrique
Fresh marc, selected by the Nonino family.
Natural aging for 5 to 20 years in Limousin, Nevers, and Grésigne barrels and in small ex-Sherry casks, placed under seal and under the permanent supervision of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. Bottled without added coloring.
Empty fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed immediately by distillation to prevent harmful secondary fermentations.
