There is no more Irish whiskey than Pot Still; thus, Glendalough Distillery feels it is fitting to age it in Irish Oak. TASTING NOTES

Due to the dense core of the agave and its low water content, mezcal made from maguey madre-cuishe generally has a high minerality with vegetal and floral notes.
