After more than 5 years of aging in oak barrels following the purest tradition of old HSE rums, this old rum was finished in Kilchoman whisky barrels, Islay Single Malt, for 4 to 5 months.

Creation #6 can be described in two words: RUM + RAISIN. Our sixth Creation marries Pedro Ximénez casks and Jamaican rum casks with our smoky spirit resulting in flavours of toasted Jamaica ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar.

Karakoli, an aged rum from the Baie des Trésors collection, draws its distinctive character from the dry plots of Spoutourne, located at the tip of the Caravelle peninsula in Martinique. These lands, scarcely exposed to tropical rains, offer ideal conditions for growing cane that is concentrated in aroma and intensity. This very scarcity of water gives Karakoli its unique aromatic richness and structure, highlighting the power of an arid terroir. The 2020 vintage of Karakoli benefited from aging in American oak barrels, a method that enhances round, lightly vanilla notes while preserving the wild and robust soul of the cane. Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.

This gift box contains a bottle of Abelha Organic Cachaça Silver, a muddler, and a cocktail book. Distilled in copper stills from freshly cut sugarcane organically grown in the Bahia region of Brazil, Abelha stands a cut above many firewater cachaças, possessing an extremely pure and tangy agricultural character.
