The freshness of the bouquet recalls the moment of pressing the must. It should be served at around 12°C or in a chilled glass, open like a tulip corolla.
Before tasting, let it rest for a few minutes in the glass for oxygenation; the aromas are enhanced.
Drunk or sipped at the end of a lunch or at any time of the day, it is a source of true pleasure!
Grappa Nonino Monovitigno Merlot can be added to risotto to enhance its aroma with one or two tablespoons after toasting the rice.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.
The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.
Grappa obtained from two varieties of white grape marc from Trentino: Gewürztraminer and Moscato.
Natural aging in barrels in the Nonino cellars, under the seal and constant supervision of the Customs and Monopoly Agency. Bottled without color additives. The Vigneti Monovitigno are obtained by distilling the pomace of a single grape variety linked to a more specific production area.
L'Absinthe La Fée Parisienne is the most authentic expression of classic green absinthe.
Made from 100% natural ingredients, this absinthe is distilled according to a traditional 19th-century recipe.
The result is a superior absinthe of remarkable quality, both powerful and balanced, adhering to ancient techniques to capture the essence of great creative spirits like Van Gogh, Rimbaud, and Toulouse-Lautrec.
La Fée Parisienne is the first traditional absinthe distilled in France since the ban was lifted in 1915.
Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.
