Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

Elaborated in Guatemala, Botran Ki’ is an exceptional rum crafted from virgin sugar cane honey, a noble base that gives it a unique aromatic richness.
This rum is the result of dynamic aging, where the rums are carefully matured in an adapted solera system, ensuring a perfect harmony between youth and maturity.
With a finish in sweet wine casks, notably those that contained Moscatel, Botran Ki’ offers remarkable sweetness and roundness, while maintaining an authentic aromatic profile with no added sugar.
It is equally suited for neat tasting or the creation of sophisticated cocktails, thus offering great versatility to bartenders and sommeliers.

As a blended Irish whiskey crafted for a softer, more mixable profile, [L.L.] serves as the approachable counterpart to the bold, full-bodied [B] release — the world’s first Hybrid Cask™ Irish whiskey. Unlike its siblings, [L.L.] is not fully matured in Kinahan’s bespoke hybrid casks. Instead, it draws just enough influence to maintain the essence and distinctive character of [B], while delivering a smoother experience designed for broader appeal and mixability.

It has an amber color with golden hues. Aged 24 months in barriques and small casks. Natural ageing in barriques and small casks in the Nonino cellars, under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopoly Agency. Bottled without color additives. I Vigneti Monovitigno are obtained by distilling pomace from a single grape which is linked to more dedicated production zone.

Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.

The sunny yellow color is determined solely by the infusion of flowers, fruits, and roots. A fresh, vibrant, and 100% natural aperitif.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.
