TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: The nose offers an explosion of fruity and floral aromas. Fresh banana dominates, followed by delicate nuances of elderflower and dried chamomile. Notes of mirabelle plum and apricot enrich this complex and warm bouquet.
PALATE: On the palate, this rum reveals a generous and elegant texture. The flavors are reminiscent of a fruity eau-de-vie, where apricot and grape harmoniously blend. A lovely roundness balances these intense notes.
FINISH: The finish is fresh, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. Subtle aromas of toasted bread and honey extend the tasting pleasure with an elegant and refined sweetness.

Dupont Calvados VSOP Vieille Réserve
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
