Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.
Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.
The impressive collection of Black Bull blended Scotch whisky from Duncan Taylor features a robust and full-bodied addition, characterized by a delightful interplay of dry, earthy smoke harmoniously blending with luscious orchard fruits and layers of caramelized sweetness.
Bladnoch 14y is the 14 year-old version of the Bladnoch's single cask. It is Non-chill filtered single cask. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022.
Matured in an ex red wine hogshead for sweet and dry notes.
TASTIN NOTES
Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.
Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice
Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.
