AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that makes no compromises on quality. anCnoc 12 Year Old is recognised the world over. Martine and Didier craft their vintage Calvados domfrontais. To understand the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, Calvados must contain at least 30% pears. In the family business, Calvados consists of about 70% pears and 30% apples. The characteristics of Calvados during tasting: A beautiful freshness with sparkling aromas highlighted. A lively and dry character on the retro-olfaction. It will be followed by notes of spices, caramelized vanillas, honey, and hazelnut. At the end of the mouth, we will notice a long finish with many caudalies. This local product is typical of the Orne bocage, where we are fortunate to use it to transform well-ripened fruits into wonderful eaux-de-vie.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is an exceptional single malt that embodies the craftsmanship of the Highlands distillery. This whisky has been fully matured for 12 years in first-fill sherry casks, offering unparalleled aromatic richness and depth. It is a recent addition to the Tomatin range, specially designed for specialized wine merchants and spirit enthusiasts. The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry is a smooth and easy-to-drink whisky, brimming with complex and indulgent flavors.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters, with a finish in XO barrels.

YuGin: a simple yet complex spirit, made from natural ingredients, with freshness and subtlety. Made in France, it draws its inspiration from Japanese traditions and heritage.
